Get your device or SIM delivered for Free within 2 to 3 working days or select to collect your order from your nearest VIVA store.

Select to complete your payment online using credit/debit card or select to pay in cash at the time of delivery or pick up of your order.

Track your order on the VIVA app or self-care portal.

You will receive an SMS from our delivery agent with your order tracking detail and a call to agree on a delivery appointment.

Your order will be cancelled if were unavailable at time of delivery or have failed to collect your order from VIVA store:

  • 4 days cancellations for unpaid orders
  • 8 days cancellation of paid order

Online paid amounts will be refunded automatically to your credit/debit card (5 working days from order cancellation date).

The following documents should be present at the time of order, delivery or VIVA store pick up:

  1. Bahraini National: Valid CPR (Smart Card ID)
  2. GCC National: Valid GCC ID, valid passport, proof of residence, proof of occupation in Bahrain – 3 months validity
  3. Other nationalities: valid CPR (Smart Card ID) – 3 months validity
  4. American Navy: Valid PNN ID and Passport – 6 months validity
