FAQ's

Mobile Broadband Terms and Conditions

• Data allowances are offered in full on bill-cycle date. Additional data will be valid for 3 months from the date of activation, offer end date 25th April 2023.

• Mobile Broadband delivers 5G network to customers. As per the stated speeds

• If customer fully consume the quota (offered on bill cycle date), the speed gets throttled. Speed can be restored via data to p-ups.

• Upon activation the data and charge amount will be pro-rated toward the bill-cycle.

Postpaid 5G Plans Terms and Conditions

Postpaid 5G Plans (12 months) Terms and Conditions

Fair usage policy applies. Additional data will be valid for 3 months from the date of activation, offer end date 25th April 2023.
For Postpaid 9 and Postpaud 10, the additional GB is valid for 3 months and is exclusively available online.
Social Media data bonus is valid for the duration period of the contract. Applicable for WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Terms & Conditions Applies
Local minutes will be used to all stc, Batelco & Zain numbers. On full consumption, the customer will be charged plan local rate.
Unlimited calls/SMS to stc is Valid for the durations period of the contact.
T&C’s:
The extra GBs are only eligible for sales through the e-shop and mobile app.
The extra GBs can be obtained only if customers agree to sign a 12-month contract.
The customer must not get the extra GBs on plan upgrades and downgrades.
The extra GBs should not be used for roaming.
